Job Summary

Canadian Payroll Manager is a full-time position responsible for leading payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance and timely processing for global employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end payroll operations for U.S., Canadian, and international employees
  • Ensure accurate processing of all payroll cycles, including regular, off-cycle, and year-end activities
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize payroll functions and ensure compliance with payroll legislation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
  • 10+ years of Canadian and U.S. payroll experience, with international payroll experience preferred
  • Payroll Practitioner designation such as CPM, PCP, or PLP is required
  • Solid experience with ADP Workforce Now payroll system
  • Demonstrated project management experience with medium to large-scale initiatives
