Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Partner-Bilingual-French.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Canadian and US payroll client accounts, focusing on relationship management and growth
  • Lead client onboarding and operational readiness initiatives while ensuring adherence to service-level agreements
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • 5+ years of experience in Canadian payroll services or related fields
  • Advanced knowledge of Canadian payroll concepts and regulations
  • Experience with SAP or other HRIS systems is preferred
  • A degree in accounting, business, or a related field; advanced payroll certifications are a plus
