Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Partner-Bilingual-French.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Canadian and US payroll client accounts, focusing on relationship management and growth
- Lead client onboarding and operational readiness initiatives while ensuring adherence to service-level agreements
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French
- 5+ years of experience in Canadian payroll services or related fields
- Advanced knowledge of Canadian payroll concepts and regulations
- Experience with SAP or other HRIS systems is preferred
- A degree in accounting, business, or a related field; advanced payroll certifications are a plus
