Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to support end-to-end payroll operations in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete payroll process for Canadian employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Generate and validate payslips, perform payroll reconciliations, and oversee tax filings
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries and support internal teams with operational challenges
Required Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2+ years of progressive Canadian payroll experience is required
  • Payroll Certification (CPP, PCP, or equivalent) is required
  • In-depth knowledge of Canadian labour laws and payroll practices
  • Experience with payroll and HRIS platforms, with advanced-level Excel capabilities
