Canadian Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist International Payroll Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer full cycle payroll processing for employees across Canada and assist with US payroll processing
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including reconciliations and year-end documentation
• Research payroll inquiries and provide support for internal and external audits

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Canadian payroll experience in a high-volume, large multi-national company
• Bachelor's degree required; Canadian Payroll Certification preferred
• Experience with payroll systems, particularly UKG PRO and ADP
• Strong understanding of Canadian tax laws and employment standards
• Bi-lingual in English and French is preferred
