Canadian Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting clients with Canadian payroll processing, the full-time Payroll Specialist will leverage their expertise to implement and manage payroll systems, ensuring compliance with federal and provincial regulations while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand their Canadian payroll and HR business processes and objectives
• Guide clients in implementing and processing Canadian payroll within ERP and HR/payroll systems
• Troubleshoot payroll and system issues, providing proactive support during critical payroll cycles

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Canadian payroll processes and compliance
• Demonstrated knowledge of Canadian federal and provincial payroll requirements
• Experience with payroll and/or HR systems in a client-facing or implementation role
• Familiarity with payroll platforms such as Paymate or ADP Canada
• Proven ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
