Job Summary
Canadian Relocation Mobility Advisor, a remote full-time position responsible for coordinating relocation services for transferees, including home marketing and purchase, while ensuring compliance with policies and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact relocating employees to review relocation policy and perform needs assessments
- Manage communication with corporate clients and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Coordinate home sale and purchase processes while ensuring compliance with CRA guidelines
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate relocation, real estate, or a related field
- Experience with Canadian real estate transactions and provincial regulations
- Working knowledge of Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) guidelines related to employee relocation
- Understanding of corporate relocation policy administration
- Bilingual in English and French is preferred
