Job Summary

As a key member of the Corporate Total Rewards team, the full-time remote Canadian Retirement Specialist will manage the end-to-end administration of Canadian retirement plans (RRSP and RPP), support employee experience projects, and ensure compliance with plan requirements.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop tools and processes for compliant administration of Canadian retirement plans
  • Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day operations, partnering with Canadian business, finance, payroll, and HR teams
  • Manage annual company contributions and ensure timely compliance with audit and year-end filings
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, or a related field with 3+ years of retirement plan administration experience
  • Experience with Canadian Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit plans
  • Knowledge of Canadian retirement plan compliance requirements, including multi-province regulatory considerations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Workday experience is a plus
  • Strong business and financial acumen with excellent organizational skills
