Job Summary

Coordinating cancer conferences and tumor board meetings, the full-time Cancer Conference Coordinator will manage requests, prepare documentation, and ensure all necessary patient records and audio-visual needs are met for successful events.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage the cancer conference mailbox to collect presentation requests
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure all patient records are available for conferences
  • Prepare documentation, including agendas and minutes, and attend each conference to take minutes
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma (GED) is required; Associate's degree is preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience is required
  • Healthcare experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required
  • Coursework in medical terminology, Anatomy & Physiology, and disease processes is required
