Job Summary
Serving as the primary contact for candidates, the part-time Candidate Care Specialist will provide inbound and outbound customer service support, manage administrative tasks, and facilitate effective communication between candidates and internal teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer service support to candidates via phone, email, and chat, addressing queries and offering job search guidance
- Handle administrative tasks such as pausing programs, booking office reservations, and managing career assessments
- Act as a liaison for candidates to resolve issues by coordinating with various internal teams, ensuring a smooth resolution process
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a professional, virtual contact center or similar environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Salesforce.com, Zendesk, and similar platforms
- Familiarity with cloud-based phone systems like Five9
- Ability to interpret complex information to address customer inquiries effectively
- Fluency in French Canadian or Spanish is preferred but not mandatory
