Job Summary

Serving as the primary contact for candidates, the part-time Candidate Care Specialist will provide inbound and outbound customer service support, manage administrative tasks, and facilitate effective communication between candidates and internal teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide customer service support to candidates via phone, email, and chat, addressing queries and offering job search guidance
  • Handle administrative tasks such as pausing programs, booking office reservations, and managing career assessments
  • Act as a liaison for candidates to resolve issues by coordinating with various internal teams, ensuring a smooth resolution process
Required qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a professional, virtual contact center or similar environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Salesforce.com, Zendesk, and similar platforms
  • Familiarity with cloud-based phone systems like Five9
  • Ability to interpret complex information to address customer inquiries effectively
  • Fluency in French Canadian or Spanish is preferred but not mandatory
