Candidate Care Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the recruiting function, the full-time remote Candidate Care Specialist will manage the post-offer employment process, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service while collaborating with stakeholders and resolving escalations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the TA Operations/Candidate Care Team, including managing the team inbox and candidate care tracker
• Ensure timely completion of candidate care inquiries and maintain accurate data within the Candidate Care Tracker
• Identify operational gaps and work with the TA Operations Manager to streamline processes and enhance efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
• 3-5 years of project management experience in fast-paced environments
• Experience with data analysis and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage sensitive information with discretion
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to identifying issues and opportunities
