Job Summary

Providing superior customer service and technical support, the full-time Candidate Experience Representative II will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications related to a pre-employment and onboarding portal in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats while ensuring first contact resolution and maintaining accurate records of interactions
  • Collaborate with peers and supervisors to monitor contact streams and provide timely updates on candidate concerns and issues
  • Assist candidates with troubleshooting login issues, scheduling appointments, and managing disputes in compliance with applicable laws
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with escalated calls and customer complaint resolutions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends
