Job Summary
Providing superior customer service and technical support, the full-time Candidate Experience Representative II will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications while assisting candidates with pre-employment and onboarding portal issues in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats while ensuring first contact resolution and maintaining accurate records of interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve candidate concerns, including login issues and appointment scheduling
- Assist candidates with disputes and consumer statements in compliance with FCRA regulations, ensuring applicant privacy is maintained
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience in managing escalated calls and providing resolutions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
