- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintain accurate records of open positions and candidate pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment support
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Strong understanding of recruiting principles and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
