Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate records of open positions and candidate pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment support
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of recruiting principles and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
