Job Summary

Supporting federal government recruitment initiatives, the contract Candidate Screener will conduct initial phone screens, document candidate activity in ATS systems, and collaborate with recruiters to facilitate hiring processes while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Document candidate activity and feedback accurately within ATS systems
• Collaborate with recruiters to schedule interviews and facilitate smooth hiring processes

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience supporting talent acquisition and recruitment activities
• Proven experience supporting federal government recruitment efforts
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, especially Workday
• Excellent relationship-building skills with recruiters and hiring managers
• Bachelor's degree required
