Job Summary
Transforming system updates into effective training products, the full-time remote CANES Curriculum Developer will develop and maintain courseware, lesson plans, and training materials for the Navy, ensuring alignment with the latest CANES fleet baseline.
Key responsibilities
- Review system updates and configuration changes to align curriculum with the latest CANES fleet baseline
- Develop, update, and maintain CANES courseware, lesson plans, and practical lab exercises
- Utilize Navy authoring tools to manage curriculum and support pilot courses and fleet training events
Required qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience supporting Navy systems such as CANES or TACNET
- Associate's degree in Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Science, or related technical field, or equivalent formal electronics training
- Five years of professional engineering technician or electronics systems experience with an Associate's degree or formal training; or seven years with a High School diploma or GED
- Demonstrated experience in the design, development, and documentation of engineering systems and technical reports
- Active TS/SCI Clearance and ability to obtain DoD 8570/8140 Cybersecurity workforce qualification within nine months of hire date
