Job Summary
Serving as the primary point of contact for cannabis industry clients, the full-time Banking Relationship Manager will foster strong relationships while supporting banking and financial service needs, ensuring compliance and maximizing the value of Dama's products and services in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 100-200 licensed cannabis businesses, building long-term client relationships and providing strategic consultations
- Ensure client compliance with cannabis banking regulations and maintain awareness of evolving regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and client retention while participating in industry events to strengthen relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2-5 years of experience in relationship management, commercial banking, or B2B client services
- Strong client relationship and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- Experience using CRM platforms and business reporting tools
