Job Summary

Leading the master production schedule for pre-roll manufacturing and flower packaging, the full-time remote Production Primary Scheduler will translate demand signals into actionable plans, manage scheduling tools, and coach site-based schedulers to ensure efficient production operations across multiple facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a master production schedule aligned with demand, inventory, and material availability
• Identify capacity constraints and scheduling conflicts, providing solutions to ensure smooth operations
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination and alignment on scheduling priorities with various teams

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production scheduling or operations within a manufacturing environment, preferably in cannabis or related industries
• Proven ability to manage master production schedules in a multi-SKU environment
• Experience in coaching and developing peers or subordinates in a matrixed environment
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Must be 21 years of age or older and meet all state-specific cannabis employment requirements
