Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cantonese-speaking ME Coordinator in El Paso, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound/outbound calls to screen Medicare Advantage plan members and determine pre-eligibility for additional benefits
Assist members with general social programs and provide information on available resources
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months experience in inbound/outbound call centers with client interaction
Fluent in Cantonese and English
Ability to align appropriate resources and programs based on member qualifications
Reliable and high-speed internet connection
