Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5 years of applicable experience, preferably in the BPO space
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools and statistical analysis software
- Experience in developing and implementing training and development strategies
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proven track record in training delivery and managing client relationships
