Key Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and complex problems
• Coach and provide guidance to others while managing multiple priorities

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Product Ownership
• 2+ years of Agile experience
• 2+ years of experience gathering requirements and documenting them
• 2+ years of experience with process improvement and evaluation of business processes
• Intermediate or higher proficiency with PC-based software programs and database management systems
