Job Summary

Leading business and operational activities for application implementation and development, the contract Capability Manager will work remotely to drive user story development, requirements gathering, and portfolio management, with a strong focus on healthcare operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business and operational activities related to application implementation and development
• Develop user stories and gather requirements while managing a portfolio of initiatives
• Present project updates and initiatives to large groups effectively

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in Agile methodologies
• Expertise in healthcare operations, including payment integrity and claims management
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
• Experience in product management or Agile Scrum
• Lean/Six Sigma training preferred
