Capability Manager

Job Summary

To support enterprise trial claim capabilities, the remote contract Capability Manager will define, manage, and deliver initiatives across multiple claim adjudication engines while overseeing root cause analysis and accuracy management.

Key responsibilities

• Support capability vision, strategy, priorities, and roadmap by engaging enterprise stakeholders for awareness and alignment
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and groom business requirements, enabling the prioritization, development, delivery, and adoption of capabilities
• Own defect management and root cause remediation, including tracking alongside business and IT stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of claims experience in healthcare
• 3+ years in business operations, capability management, or product ownership
• 5+ years of experience in writing business and/or system requirements
• 3+ years of experience in tracking and planning projects
• 3+ years of matrixed leadership experience with cross-functional teams
