Capability Manager

Job Summary

To support the Clinical Technology Enablement & Implementations team, the remote Capability Manager will manage operational processes, develop business use cases for new solutions, and ensure effective communication and training initiatives while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain capability roadmaps while ensuring consistency in processes and procedures
• Monitor deliverables, track barriers, and escalate issues to support operational excellence
• Communicate findings through tailored presentations and manage training sessions for team members

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of related experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience consulting with department leaders on communication strategy
• Proven ability to absorb complex information and present it in an understandable format
• Demonstrated skill in time and project management with a solid process orientation
• Experience solving complex problems and building consensus with individuals at all levels
