Job Summary

To drive strategic outcomes in US Employer solutions, the remote Capability Manager will shape and deliver business capabilities, influence senior business owners, and manage the end-to-end capability lifecycle in a contract-to-hire capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a thought leader to anticipate business needs and drive innovative capability strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with senior business owners to translate strategic objectives into actionable capability roadmaps
• Lead the capability lifecycle from ideation to operational readiness, ensuring alignment with business priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 5+ years in a capability, product, or strategic delivery role
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive consensus in a matrixed environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complexity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Word)
