Job Summary

As a strategic leader, the remote Capability Manager will shape and deliver business capabilities for US Employer solutions, driving innovative strategies and collaborating with senior business owners and technology teams to create measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a thought leader to anticipate business needs and drive innovative capability strategies aligned with enterprise goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business owners, translating strategic objectives into actionable capability roadmaps
• Lead the end-to-end capability lifecycle from ideation to operational readiness, ensuring alignment with business priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 5+ years in a capability, product, or strategic delivery role
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive consensus in a matrixed environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complexity and bring clarity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Word)
