Job Summary

Serving as a strategic leader, the remote Capability Manager will shape and deliver business capabilities for US Employer solutions, driving innovative strategies and collaborating with technology teams to create measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate business needs and drive capability strategies aligned with enterprise goals
• Build and maintain relationships with senior business owners to translate strategic objectives into actionable capability roadmaps
• Lead the end-to-end capability lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business priorities and fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholder groups

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 5+ years in a capability, product, or strategic delivery role
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive consensus in a matrixed environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complexity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Word)
