Job Summary

Managing omnichannel communications for member and provider audiences, the full-time remote Capability Manager will oversee communication operations, ensure compliance, and enhance engagement across various channels.

Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee management of omnichannel communications, including mail, SMS, email, and IVR
  • Monitor daily operations and resolve issues across all communication channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure compliance and quality of communications
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in omnichannel communication operations or related project management
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare, PBM, or regulated industries
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Self-starter with flexibility to work with ambiguity
