Capability Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Capability Manager will design, architect, and implement clinical programs and services while collaborating with Senior Leadership in Product, Operations, and Technology to enhance healthcare delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Work directly with Senior Leadership to design and implement clinical programs/services
• Drive deployment of programs and manage change initiatives across the organization
• Develop strategies for global communication and coordination of training for new initiatives

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of healthcare product and/or operations development experience
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Proven experience leading and managing change initiatives
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
