Job Summary
To support effective staffing and scheduling, the full-time remote Capacity Analyst will translate demand forecasts into actionable capacity plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance workforce strategies and operational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Translate demand forecasts into capacity models that inform staffing requirements and service level attainment
- Develop scenario analyses to evaluate operational constraints and business initiatives
- Provide analytical insights that influence labor efficiency and cost management across the organization
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in workforce management, capacity planning, or a comparable analytical role
- Demonstrated knowledge of workforce management principles, including forecasting and staffing models
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and modeling
- Experience building scenario models to assess operational impacts on workforce needs
- Certifications in process improvement or analytics (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) are preferred but not required
