Capacity Analyst

Job Summary

Providing technical and business expertise to optimize provider schedules, the full-time Capacity Analyst will consult on scheduling efficiencies and serve as a liaison between clinical departments and system leadership in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Consult and advise on the setup of provider schedules to enhance productivity and revenue
• Facilitate communication between clinical areas, Epic, MHSimplify, and MMA leadership regarding user needs
• Support the organization's Access strategy by enhancing patient access through system modifications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum five (5) years of Epic/Cadence experience required
• Minimum five (5) years in a clinic practice management setting
