Job Summary
Leading a multidisciplinary team, the full-time Capacity and Risk Team Manager will ensure the safe and consistent delivery of new capacity into operations while managing operational risks during design, construction, and turnover, all in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the New Capacity and Risk team, setting clear expectations and managing performance
- Proactively identify and assess operational risks through structured evaluations and maintain consistent assessment standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of new capacity and ensure operational readiness
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent industry experience
- 10+ years of experience in the mission-critical industry with at least 4 years in a managerial role
- Strong background in risk identification and commissioning oversight
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional work across design, construction, and operations
- Experience operating in complex, mission-critical environments
