Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capacity Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to drive staffing efficiencies in the assigned Solution Line
• Develop and implement a rolling workforce hiring plan in partnership with various departments
• Analyze open demand with Capacity Planners and determine optimal sourcing strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in capacity planning or resource management
• Prior experience with a large, global IT consulting provider
• Experience in leading a team
• Familiarity with resource planning software and capacity planning tools
