Capacity Coordination Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Capacity Execution team's workflows, the full-time Analyst, Capacity Coordination will manage clinician availability, ensure precise assignment of capacity, and drive strategic alignment to optimize network performance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own clinician availability by proactively communicating with stakeholders to document schedules for 2-3 months
• Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure accurate logging of available capacity and strategic assignments
• Compile and organize network rosters using advanced reporting tools to inform strategic placement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in capacity management or administrative support
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerBI
