Capacity Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capacity Coordinator to ensure efficient resource utilization and optimize scheduling within the operations organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of Frontend COEs tasks for effective quality investigation and capacity coordination
• Conduct investigations on quality-related cases to identify errors and root causes, addressing process gaps
• Optimize schedule utilization and track PTO and shrinkage for efficient resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for data handling and report creation
• Employed at ExactCare for at least 6 months
• Maintain a positive standing in terms of performance and attendance
• Possess a high level of expertise in patient care tasks performed by ExactCare
• Understand ExactCare processes to identify gaps or defects related to quality-related events
