Capacity Development Manager

Job Summary

To support a national technical assistance project, the part-time Capacity Development Manager will develop training materials and oversee instructional design efforts to enhance the skills of legal service practitioners providing immigration support, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the vision for capacity development among partners and legal service providers
• Provide oversight and guidance to a team of instructional designers and content developers
• Lead strategies for legal services training and technical assistance, ensuring high-quality deliverables

Required Qualifications

• BA with 7+ years of experience or Master's with 4+ years in project management
• Minimum of 3 years of experience building stakeholder relationships for capacity-building projects
• At least 3 years of experience in national training and technical assistance development
