Job Summary
To support a national technical assistance project, the full-time remote Capacity Development Manager will develop training materials and strategies for legal service professionals, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective capacity building.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the vision for capacity development for partners and legal service providers
- Oversee a team of instructional designers and content developers to implement training strategies
- Ensure the application of innovative adult learning theories and tools in training materials
Required Qualifications
- BA with 7+ years or Master's with 4+ years of experience in project management and service area oversight
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building stakeholder relationships for capacity building projects
- Experience in national training and technical assistance within a specific subject matter area
