Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capacity Manager to oversee auditor resources and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a capacity plan for auditor resources across certification schemes
• Ensure auditors meet competence requirements and support compliance with regulatory standards
• Implement KPIs to monitor performance and provide feedback to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least five years of experience in resource management or capacity planning within a certification body or similar environment
• Familiarity with ISO standards and accreditation processes
• Strong analytical and forecasting abilities
• Proficiency in capacity management tools and MS Office Suite
