Capacity Operations Manager

Job Summary

To lead efforts in large-scale computing operations and planning, the full-time Capacity Operations Manager will manage and optimize GPU capacity across cloud service providers, develop data models and reporting systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance resource efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize GPU capacity and compute resources to meet growing demands
• Build and maintain data models, reporting systems, and performance metrics for infrastructure governance
• Analyze technical and business needs for compute resources and identify performance bottlenecks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in cloud computing
• Strong technical proficiency in cloud architecture and managing large data sets
• Deep understanding of cloud service models and experience with providers like AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI
• Demonstrated experience employing AI tools to improve resource usage and automation
• Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools such as Kibana, Grafana, and Tableau
