Key Responsibilities

• Execute the end-to-end staffing process and manage provider-to-assignment matching
• Coordinate with Clinical Managers and Customer Success to ensure clinical fit and follow up on assignments
• Support system improvements by identifying inefficiencies and providing operational insights for scalable growth

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume operational, coordination, or data management role
• Proven ability to manage high-volume workflows and execute defined processes
• Experience in supporting process improvements and identifying inefficiencies
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on data integrity and documentation
• Basic level Excel skills for data analysis to inform operational decisions
