Capacity Planner

Job Summary

To support the Open Connect Infrastructure team, the full-time remote Capacity Planner will develop long-range infrastructure capacity strategies, translate demand signals into actionable forecasts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and scalable infrastructure management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop long-range infrastructure capacity strategies and actionable capacity plans based on demand forecasts
• Conduct data-driven analyses to optimize platform efficiency and scalability while managing risks related to capacity
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to support scaling strategies for new product launches and infrastructure allocation

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure capacity planning for data centers or cloud platforms
• 10+ years of hands-on data analysis and visualization expertise with deep proficiency in SQL
• Strong familiarity with telecommunications and internet ecosystems
• Proficiency in AI tools and a degree in a related quantitative field or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
