Capacity Planner Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capacity Planner Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete Lifecycle Management: oversee recruitment, training, revenue optimization, and business growth
• Robust Modeling: develop and maintain accurate capacity planning models using historical data, market trends, and projections
• Demand Forecasting: prepare demand forecasts, analyze trends, and evaluate results to meet business requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Workforce Planning, Retail Planning, or BPO, with expertise in Forecasting, Planning, Scheduling, and Real-Time Management
• Proficiency in capacity management tools and database maintenance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data
• Experience in financial scenario analysis related to capacity utilization
• Ability to distill large data sets into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams
