Key Responsibilities

• Forecast future capacity and develop capacity planning models to monitor resource utilization

• Collaborate with various departments to generate reports and identify potential issues and solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in contact center data and analytics, with capacity planning experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues in data quickly
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Planning
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with team members across the organization
