Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forecasting and Capacity Planning Consultant for a 3-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Refine and standardize the existing Residential Operations workflow into a scalable operations model
• Build standardized dashboards and reporting structures for operational visibility using Salesforce and Sigma
• Deliver documentation and training materials for a seamless handoff of the forecasting and reporting system

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operational forecasting, capacity planning, or business process analysis
• Proven ability to enhance existing workflows into standardized, scalable systems
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce in operational or support contexts
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools like Sigma for data extraction and analysis
• Strong understanding of task-level time analysis and process mapping
