Capacity Utilization Specialist

Job Summary

To support optimal patient access and scheduling performance, the full-time Capacity Utilization Specialist will manage and optimize provider scheduling templates within Epic Cadence, collaborating with operations and IS&T teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and optimize provider scheduling templates in alignment with governance standards
• Partner with operations leaders to execute template strategies and resolve scheduling issues
• Perform routine audits to validate template integrity and recommend improvements for access and efficiency

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience
• In-depth knowledge of Epic Cadence scheduling workflows
• Experience with provider template build and optimization
• Knowledge of clinical operations in specialty or primary care settings
