Capacity Utilization Specialist

Job Summary

To support optimal patient access and scheduling performance, the full-time Capacity Utilization Specialist will manage and optimize provider scheduling templates within Epic Cadence, collaborating with operations and IS&T while ensuring template accuracy and alignment with referral demand in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and optimize provider scheduling templates in Epic Cadence, ensuring consistency and accuracy across service lines
• Partner with operations leaders and IS&T to execute template strategies and resolve scheduling or access issues
• Perform routine audits to validate template integrity and recommend improvements to increase access and efficiency

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience
• In-depth knowledge of Epic Cadence scheduling workflows
• Experience with provider templates and scheduling systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
