Capacity Utilization Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the coordination and optimization of provider scheduling templates, the full-time Capacity Utilization Specialist will ensure template accuracy and alignment with operational capacity, working remotely to enhance patient access and scheduling performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize provider scheduling templates within Epic Cadence, ensuring consistency and accuracy across service lines
• Collaborate with operations leaders and IS&T to execute template strategies and resolve scheduling issues
• Perform routine audits to validate template integrity and recommend improvements to enhance access and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience
• In-depth knowledge of Epic Cadence scheduling workflows
• Experience with provider templates and scheduling systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
