Required Qualifications

Native fluency in Cape Verdean Creole
College degree
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Minimum English proficiency level of 2+/2+ on the ILR proficiency scale
Any combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills
