Capernaum Regional Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the growth of Capernaum ministries within the Young Life region, the part-time Capernaum Regional Coordinator will develop new ministries, train and encourage staff, and foster inclusion for individuals with disabilities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow Capernaum ministries and clubs
• Recruit, train, and support Capernaum staff and volunteers, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission
• Raise funds and manage donor relationships to sustain ministry operations and initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Preferred college degree and completion of Young Life Area Director School or equivalent training
• Experience leading a Capernaum ministry and a strong commitment to the Christian faith
• Ability to communicate the Gospel effectively to teens and young adults with special needs
• Understanding of the unique challenges faced by families with teenagers with disabilities
• Proficiency in budget management and fundraising strategies
