CAPEX Procurement Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CAPEX Project Procurement Lead (Contractor) to provide end-to-end procurement support for high-value capital expenditure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Managers and teams to align on project scope and develop sourcing strategies
• Lead complex sourcing events and manage supplier qualifications and risk assessments
• Prepare bidding documentation, lead evaluations, and manage the contracting process

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in leading CAPEX procurement for large-scale projects, preferably in biotech or pharma
• Expertise in RFP, bid evaluation, negotiation, and contract management
• Proficiency with procurement and contracting systems (e.g., Ariba, Coupa)
• Strong financial acumen and ability to track and report savings
• Ability to rapidly learn and apply corporate procurement policies
