Capital Deployment Manager

Job Summary

As a part-time Capital Deployment Manager, the successful candidate will support the deployment of catalytic capital to promote employee ownership, working remotely to manage financing opportunities and collaborate with various stakeholders in the employee ownership ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Track and manage capital deployment opportunities, conducting preliminary due diligence
• Provide project management support throughout the capital placement processes, ensuring timelines are met
• Maintain fund operations, prepare financial reports, and manage document storage for the Employee Ownership Catalyst Fund

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience; MBA preferred
• 5 years of work experience, including 2+ years in loan execution at a loan fund, CDFI, or bank
• Knowledge of commercial lending processes and standard lending terms
• Experience or familiarity with impact investing and its evaluation criteria
• Strong project management abilities
